Shipping policy
After you have submited the order, you can track its status in the "Your Account" of the customer, in the "My Orders" section.
Modify or cancel the order
The possibility to cancel an order or delivery is available in your customer account, section "My orders".
If cancellation is no longer possible from the account, if you have changed your mind and no longer want a product from the order, you want a product other than the one ordered or you do not want any of the products ordered, you can notify us as soon as possible by phone +40 736 108 188 or email shop@xventure.net, and we will do our best to modify or cancel your order.
Delivery methods for products sold by Red Bull Romaniacs Shop:
Courier delivery (standard)
Your order is prepared in a maximum of 72 hours and handed in to the courier.
The shipping fee for courier orders is automatically calculated depending on the country and postal code of the town where you want to receive the products.

Modificare sau anulare comandă
Posibilitatea anulării unei comenzi sau livrări este disponibilă în contul tău de client, secțiunea „Comenzile mele”.
În cazul în care anularea nu mai este posibilă din cont, dacă te-ai răzgândit și nu mai vrei un produs din comandă, vrei alt produs decât cel comandat sau nu mai vrei niciunul dintre produsele comandate, ne poți anunța cât mai repede la numarul de telefon +40 736 108 188 sau prin email la adresa shop@xventure.net. Noi vom face tot posibilul să îți modificam sau anulam comanda si te vom notifica in legatura cu schimbarea statusului acesteia.

Livrare prin curier (standard)
Comanda ta este pregătită in maximum 72h de ore si predată curierului.
Taxa de livrare pentru comenzile prin curier este calculată automat în funcție de Tara si codul postal al localitatii în care doriți sa primiți produsele.
